Candidates don’t make eye contact on the web.

I was asked by CBS news to talk about the campaign websites. They did a long interview, som of it made the air, the other part was made into an extended web feature here.

Sloan painted the Deadly Squire, Blackbirds after a harvest pattern on my head. She is anal when it comes to cutting with x-acto knives, painting heads, and cutting things out with jig-saws.  This head painting went along with a TV that I painted with the pattern with sloan’s help.

Doug Jaeger Judge at First Cut&Paste Competition

cut&paste

On November 19th, 2005 the CUT&PASTE design competition brought together 8 contestants to compete one-on-one and battle their way to design domination at Tribeca’s M1-5. Live camera feeds projected the contestants’ progress throughout the event, which was MCed by Bobbito (of Hot 97 fame).

Doug Jaeger no doubt possesses many skills, cutting and pasting among them. So it comes as no surprise that the CUT&PASTE design competition recognized Doug’s expertise by inviting him to serve as one of their four judging panelists.

Doug judged as part of an extraordinarily talented and accomplished panel. He was joined by: Tristan Eaton, of KidRobot Dunny fame and founder of Thunderdog Studios; Kendrick Reid, VP On-Air Design at Comedy Central; and Jeff Staple of Staple Design, a top design firm based in NYC.
